What happens if the power goes out while I'm away ?
We know this is the #1 fear with any automatic pet product, and it's exactly why we chose ours carefully. Our products are selected specifically for reliable power backup, so a short outage won't leave your cat without food or fresh water. If you're ever unsure about a specific model's backup capability, just ask us before you order.
Will my cat actually use it, or will it just sit there unused ?
It's a fair question, not every pet takes to a new routine right away. Most cats adjust within the first few days, especially with feeders and fountains, which don't require any real change in behaviour. For litter boxes specifically, we recommend a short transition period alongside your cat's current box, and our care guide (included with every order) walks you through it step by step. If your cat genuinely won't use it, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Is it actually quiet ?
We hear you, a noisy pump is often the reason people end up not using a fountain at all. That's why we only stock fountains that meet a clearly stated noise threshold, tested in real conditions, not just on a spec sheet. If a product page states a dB level, that's the number you'll experience, not an idealised lab result.
